This is a basic list of services offered.
General Practitioner
I offer a full spectrum of GP related services. I can organise blood tests, onward referrals, reviews and second opinions.
Dermatology
From Acne to Zits, Alopecia to Vitiligo, Warts and all, my experience as a GP with specialist interest in dermatology allows me to deal with these and more.
Joint Injections - Cryo
I am competent in doing shoulders, knees, carpel tunnel and trigger fingers and more. I also offer Cryotherapy for warts and skin lesions.
MCA and LPAs
I can certify Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPA’s) where donors have capacity & also perform Mental Capacity Assessments as part of COP 3 forms.
Stress & Counselling
I don’t follow conventional schools of psychology. I prefer to speak to my patients and take a pragmatic lifestyle approach
Consultancy
My medical background, passion for IT and experience in commissioning allows me to support and give unique insight into your projects.
Both my children ( ages 5 with autism and 15 mental health issues)have seen Dr Ali in the last week, and I (and they) could not be happier with their treatment. Dr Ali always makes them feel comfortable, cared for and listened to. He showed my children a lot of understanding and patience,

Dr Ali, is one of the most helpful Dr's I've ever had. I feel he goes above and beyond. Always prepared to listen; he gives clear explanations/advise and is extremely thorough. I have every faith in him and I feel very fortunate that he works at our Burnham Surgery!

We are thrilled when we get an appointment with Dr Ali, he is fantastic with children and parents, he listens and is caring, and is fun for the little ones, would always have him as our daughters doctor if we can!

Dr Ali always acts on what I say and puts things in place which gets things done to the best of his ability. I would not want to see any other doctor now and would go as far to say I would be prepared to wait for him to be available.
